I watched the previews for today’s episode in regards to Cane & I am so excited about the way things seem to be developing in that storyline. It’s reminiscent of a true crime story where a doctor was accused of murder and several times they tested “his” blood for DNA and he “passed” several times until an alert blood tech noticed that his blood was “too old” as the blood cells looked wonky under a microscope. In this case, the good doctor had shoved a tube up his arm and whenever he would have his blood drawn, he would insist that blood be drawn from the spot where the tube was. In the tube was stored someone else’s blood. When suspicion was brought up about how weird it was that blood recently drawn would be so old, they redrew his blood, but in a new spot & under video surveillance. Still curious about why this man had two types of DNA, they did a physical and discovered the tube. He was finally convicted of murder.

I think that the lab is befuddled about Cane’s blood and believe that it is too old to have just been drawn. For integrity’s sake they will ask that Cane retake the test “right then and there” and NO ONE else, but the tech & probably under video surveillance, will be allowed to take the blood, proving once and for all that Cane is not who he claims to be.

I’m so excited that the truth is finally out about Cane! I can’t wait to hear Phillip’s explanation on Monday. It’s funny how no one is ever really dead in soap opera land.

As for Mary Jane, that woman is beyond destructive! Victor should be ashamed of himself for bringing her back to Genoa City.
