Well dear now it’s too late! They just arrested Daniel and they pulled the fake painting out of the wall. How is he going to get out of this one, Amber? What half cocked scheme are you going to come up with to try and get Daniel out of this sticky situation? Warning chica watch out before you get yourself killed. Deacon has played this game with you before and he is a notable adversary.

Now for the young guy that went to talk to Kevin at the coffee shop. Is that Little Eric? It is possible, he’s about High School age. He is always with Deacon and they seem to be very close. OMG what if it is Little Eric? What is he up too? Is Deacon that dirty and under handed that he would have his son participate in a plot to get Amber? Wait let me answer that, yes he is! How will Amber react if it is him? Will she recognize him if she were to bump into him? Is he the third person in the alley? Would Deacon allow his son to commit murder?

I think this storyline has the potential to get really hot!

While talking to Kevin, Daniel brought up the idea that he believed it could be Alex. So you know me well enough by now to know that I had to do some research and find us old clips about Alex. I think I agree with Kevin, it seems to be a pretty elaborate scam for him to pull off. However we also have the emails from Amber’s fan that couldl be an indication that it is Alex.

Here is how my mind is working at the moment. I am going to explore two possible options.

Option one: It is Alex.

The only thing so far that would make me think it could be Alex is the fact that he could be the person that has been sending Amber all of those emails. During his previous reign of terror over Kevin and Daniel, the one thing he did do was target Lily. Daniel’s then wife.

Now if he were back perhaps the way he is really going to get to Daniel again is to go for his heart. Which no longer belongs to Lily, but now belongs to Amber. I am not convinced of this at all as of yet.

My true feelings are Option Two:

That this person who is framing Daniel is not after him at all. For some reason I have this feeling that it has to do with someone else. I was thinking as I was watching the show today how uncanny it is that this person behind the scheme is completely up to date with the art that Sabrina was interested in purchasing.

If you think back to how Daniel got his start it all began with Sabrina sending his art work to a “Friend” which was never named. So far, this person has had the means to buy all the art in Daniel’s last exhibit. Knew his style well enough to know that he could copy the painting. Warned him about having Jana around because she knew art very well (Remember Jana worked for Sabrina). Contacted Victoria to set up the exchange for the phony piece. Now has the one painting that was a favorite of Sabrina’s just in enough time to make it available for Victoria to purchase. Too many ties to Sabrina for me!

What if the person behind all of this is not after Daniel at all, what if they are really after Victoria or Victor? Think about when the artist from France talked about his relationship with Sabrina, there was much that he kept to himself. What if her past is catching up with the Newman’s. Or someone blames them for her death? What if this has more to do with her than it ever did with Daniel?

Oh and let’s not forget the conversation between JT and Victoria today where they discussed her staying out of the hospital and buying art in dark alleys only for her to pick up the phone and call “the hand!” Heck if this is not the story line it should be:)!

Of course this is all speculation and I look forward to you finding holes in my theories or supporting them. Either way please let me know what you think.

PS I also think there is another story budding out of the emails that Amber has received. I have a feeling she is going to be a sitting duck because of all the other things that are going on and something bad is going to happen to her, just my own personal feeling.

Some think it is Jana’s father, but I feel like it is someone younger? Just can’t figure out who would want to go after them and why? Whoever he is, he seems to have quite a bit of money. Judging by the lack of clues left behind, the extravagant office and his assistant who seems to be keeping tabs on the whole situation he appears to have unlimited resources.

If we go by the things that this crew has done, the list could be either really short or really long. All I do know, is that I don’t know who it is YET! You know The Y and R Lady is good at figuring out what is going on in GC and this will be no different. I will also tell you that my spidey sense is telling me this is not going to be another “get out of it by the skin of your teeth” for the whole crew. I feel tears and great sadness coming.

Daniel is first up for his bond hearing. His bond was set at one million dollars (insert pinky finger and do Dr. Evil laugh from Austin Powers, please). To which a pissed Phyllis scoffed, “What is this a shakedown?”. Now in the real world we all know that not only would the judge have retracted the bond that she had originally set for Daniel. Phyllis would also be in the cell next to her son singing, “99 bottles of beer on the wall” (imported of course). It’s called contempt.

After Daniel’s appearance before the judge was Jana’s. Now she being painted as the most innocent in the case ended up in jail with no bond set. Heather the ADA was in one of her stinky moods and went after Jana full throttle. Bringing up all the things that she had done in the past. Of course this distorted her image enough for the judge to say, “lock her up!”

Why oh Why can’t Genoa City have more than one Assistant District Attorney? I am so sick of seeing Heather on the other side of the room I don’t know what to do with myself. YES, I am happy that they have a woman as the Assistant DA. However because of the way she constantly goes after people, it seems like she is more bitter than a good attorney. Most of her cases piggy back off of previous cases that involved one of the four of them and more importantly Michael “Bad Butt” Baldwin. My assumption is that sooner or later she will defeat him. Will it be now and at Jana’s or Daniel’s expense?

So now, Amber is upset (there really needs to be a Daytime Emmy for most dramatic Drama Queen, guess who would get my vote?), Kevin is pissed, and Daniel is plotting. Any of this sound familiar? One day soon Michael will be bald from worry. All this and we still have no idea who is behind this scheme! This should be good!
